WORKSHOP — Planning Board Role, Review Procedures, and Application Materials
The Planning Board will hold a workshop to review the Planning Department's proposed revisions to the planning application forms; receive an update from the Planning Director on the Board's prior ordinance amendment requests; review the distinctions between sketch plan, preliminary plan, and final plan review; and receive a general overview of the ordinance provisions that govern the Board's decisions and the scope of the Board's authority. The workshop will conclude with an open discussion period for Board member comments on the current review process.
No application will be reviewed and no action will be taken on any pending matter.
