To enter into executive session in accordance with Title 1 M.R.S.A. ยง405(6)(C) for "discussion or consideration of the condition, acquisition or the use of real or personal property permanently attached to real property or interests therein or disposition of publicly held property or economic development only if premature disclosures of the information would prejudice the competitive or bargaining position of the body or agency.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
- The proposed article contemplates the discussion of "the condition, acquisition or the use of real or personal property permanently attached to real property or interests therein or disposition of publicly held property or economic development only if premature disclosures of the information would prejudice the competitive or bargaining position of the body or agency," and
- The Town Council is the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter.
