Copies of an email and letter from Dennis Brown on behalf of the Highland Lake Association regarding the issues and a 2003 copy of the Maine DEP phosphorus control action plan for Highland Lake are attached.
Note: the Council chairman has moved this discussion item up in consideration of the likely number of attendees. The discussion item is scheduled for 60 minutes in view of other business on the Council's agenda and that there probably will be further discussion and possible action at future meetings.
