Title
To receive public comment and act on proposed amendments to the Sewers Ordinance, Chapter 181 of the Code of the Town of Windham.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. the Town may enact reasonable by-laws, regulations and ordinances for municipal purposes pursuant to Article I, Section 2 of the Charter, and
b. the Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter.
III. Issue Summary.
This ordinance will become effective 30-days after council approval. Please note that when the ordinance is converted by General Code to our online ordinance format, fees will be removed from the ordinance and a reference made to see the master fee schedule posted separately in our public documents.
