Title
To approve an application for a renewal special amusement permit submitted by Seacoast Park d/b/a Deck House Sport Tavern located at 930 Roosevelt Trail.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 56 §4 of the Code of the Town of Windham requires the holder of a liquor or bottle club license to obtain a Special Amusement permit for any ‘music, except radio or other mechanical device, any dancing or entertainment of any sort” by application of the Town Council.
