To approve a three-year collective bargaining agreement for the period July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 between the Town of Windham and the Windham Raymond Professional Firefighters Association/IAFF Local 4095, and to authorize the Town Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of the Town.

Council approval of this item is required because;

 

a.                     The Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter.
