Title
To receive public comment and act on renewal Marijuana Adult Use Retail Store submitted by Paul's Boutique LLC, located at 8 Crimson Drive Suite 3 for a term of one-year in accordance with Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Windham.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (A-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance. III. Issue Summary. Attached is a memo from the Clerk and a list of the 2 Adult Stores and 6 Medical Retail Stores that have had and passed their yearly inspection.

Attached please find the addendum signed off by all department heads. The business passed its yearly inspection.
