To receive public comment and act on a renewal application submitted by Joel Pepin d/b/a JAR Co. Holdings LLC as a licensed Marijuana Registered Dispensary with two locations, 9 Storm Drive (Dispensary location) and 608 Roosevelt Trail (Cultivation location) for a term of 1 year.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3 (1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (a-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance.
III. Issue Summary.
The Marijuana Business addendum is approved and signed by department heads.
Background check was done and good.
Both locations passed their yearly inspections.
