To receive public comment and act on a renewal application submitted by Seed Sound Herbals LLC as a licensed Medical Marijuana Caregiver Retail Store at 4 Whites Bridge Road #100 for a term of one-year.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (A-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance.
III. Issue Summary.
The Marijuana Business Adendum is approved and signed by department heads.
Both locations passed their yearly inspections.
