II. Basis for Council Action.

Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3 (1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (A-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance.

III. Issue Summary.

Attached is the Clerk's Memo and a list of the 2 Adult and 6 Medical stores that had inspections. Also, copies of the addendums signed by Department Heads.
