To receive public comment and act on a new application submitted by Patrick Mulligan d/b/a Windham Pie LLC located at 789 Roosevelt Trail for a new Special Amusement permit.

II.                     Basis for Council Action.

 

Council approval of this item is required because;

a.                     Chapter 11 § 4 of the Code of the Town of Windham requires the holder of a liquor or bottle club license to obtain a special amusement permit for any “music, except radio or other mechanic device, any dancing or entertainment of any sort” by application of the Town Council.
