II. Basis for Council Action.

Council approval of this item is required because;

a) Chapter 56 ? 4 of the Code of the Town of Windham requires the holder of a liquor or bottle club license to obtain a Special Amusement permit for any "music, except radio or other mechanical device, any dancing or entertainment of any sort" by application of the Town Council.
