To receive public comment and act on an application submitted by Kennebec Hospitality LLC d/b/a Microtel Inn & Suites located at 967 Roosevelt Trail for a renewal Special Amusement Permit.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 11 § 4 of the Code of the Town of Windham requires the holder of a liquor or bottle club license to obtain a Special Amusement Permit for any “music, except radio or other mechanical device, and dancing or entertainment of any sort” by application of the Town Council.
