To approve a Victualer's permit application submitted by Ryan Roy d/b/a Ice Cream Dugout, located at 3 Storm Drive.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a.) Chapter 101, Article II, § 20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council. § 21 sets the term of a Victualer's license from May to May of the following year.
