To receive public comment and act on an Medical Marijuana Caregiver Retail Store renewal license application submitted by MAC Manufacturing LLC d/b/a Maine's Alternative Caring in accordance with Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Windham.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3 (1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (A-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance.
