Title
To adopt an amendment to the official Town of Windham zoning map, at the request of Shane Brey, to rezone a 1.7 acre portion of the property identified as 151 Brown Cove Road (Tax Map Tax Map 22, Lot 7) from Resource Protection (RP) to Limited Residential (LR).

Council approval of this item is required because;
- Per Section 199-8 and 199-9 of the Shoreland Zoning Ordinance the Town Council may amend the Ordinance and Map after recommendation by the Planning Board
