I. Council Action Requested.
Title
To approve an agreement with the Town of Gorham for the provision of code enforcement services through December 31, 2026, and authorize the Town Manager to take the necessary steps to execute the agreement.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because:
a. The Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter,
b. Section 5, Paragraph 4 of the town’s purchasing policies requires Council approval of “any purchase beyond the amount provided for such purchase within the municipal operating budget.”
III. Issue Summary.
