II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 87, Article III § 87-29 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council or such other official as the Council may designate. § 87-30 sets the term of a victualer’s license from May to May of the following year.
