To amend the Forbes Lane Neighborhood Park ad hoc Committee charge by increasing the community membership from four to six people.

Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Section 27 of the Rules of the Windham Town Council further provides that "the Council may create such additional subcommittees of its members as it may determine necessary from time to time."
