Title
To receive public comment and act on a renewal Adult Use Marijuana Store license application for JAR Co. Windham LLC d/b/a JAR Cannabis Co. in accordance with Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Windham.
Body
II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (A-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance.
III. Issue Summary.
Attached please find the addendum signed by the necessary Department Heads. The store passed its yearly inspection.
