To receive public comment and act on proposed amendments to Chapter 120, Land Use Ordinance, Articles 3, 4 and 9 to update Article 3 definitions, Article 4 zoning district standards, and the Conservation Subdivision standards in Article 9, Section 120-911K, and address zoning and subdivision standards in the Farm and Farm Residential districts.

II.                     Basis for Council Action.

 

Council approval of this item is required because;

 

a.                     Section 107 of the Land Use Ordinance (Chapter 120 of the Code of the Town of Windham) states “After review and recommendation by the Planning Board, this chapter may be amended in accordance with the Town Charter.”

 

III.                     Issue Summary.

 

These amendments were also discussed at the Council’s meeting of August 11, 2026.
