II. Basis for Council Action.

Council approval of this item is required because;

a) Chapter 101, Article 11, ? 20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council. ? 21 sets the term of a Victualer's license from May to May of the following year with the exception of a temporary which shall run for 1-3 days
