To refer proposed ordinance changes to Chapter 140, Land Use Ordinance, related to Farm and Farm Residential Zoning District Standards to the Planning Board for its review and recommendation.

II.                     Basis for Council Action.

 

Council approval of this item is required because;

 

a.                     Section 107 of the Land Use Ordinance (Chapter 140 of the Code of the Town of Windham) states “After review and recommendation by the Planning Board, this chapter may be amended in accordance with the Town Charter.”

 

 

III.                     Issue Summary.

 

The Council “Rural Performance Standards” discussion item of July 28, 2020 reviewed these proposed amendments.
