To reconsider item 25-127, adopted by the Town Council on September 9, 2025, which approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 between the Town of Windham and the Windham Police Association, and authorized the Town Manager to sign such agreement.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter, and
b. When a vote is passed, it shall be in order for any member who voted in the majority, or in the negative on a tie vote, to move a reconsideration thereof at the same, or the next Council meeting or Special Meeting held, pursuant to Council Rules.
