Council approval of this item is required because;

1. the Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3 (I) of the Charter.

III.      Issue Summary.

Please refer to the attached memorandum of understanding. The school resource officer program has been in place at Windham High School since 2005.
