To accept a permanent easement on the property at 53 Tandberg Trail, owned by 53 Tandberg Trail LLC, and authorize the payment of $500,000 (from account 33303-47037)  to be reimbursed by general obligation bond and Town Manager to take any other action related thereto to finalize the agreement.

II.                     Basis for Council Action.

 

Council approval of this item is required because;

 

a.                     The Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter.
