To receive public comment and act on a new application submitted by Dose Maine, LLC for Medical and Solift, LLC for Adult Use by Jessica Verry d/b/a Sola Edibles to be located at 999 Roosevelt Trail, for a Marijuana Manufacturing Facility.

II.                     Basis for Council Action.

 

Council approval of this item is required because;

a.                     The Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3 (1) of the Charter, and in accordance with Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Windham.

 

 

III.                     Issue Summary.

 

Attached is the Marijuana Business License Addendum approved and signed by the necessary Department Heads. Fire inspection was done and passed by Deputy Fire Chief John Wescott, and background checks were good.
