Title
To enter into executive session pursuant to 1 M.R.S. § 405(6)(H) for “consultations between municipal officers and a code enforcement officer representing the municipality pursuant to Title 30-A, section 4452, subsection 1, paragraph C in the prosecution of an enforcement matter.”

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The proposed article contemplates discussion of matters in executive session as permitted by statute, and
b. The Town Council is the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter.
III. Issue Summary.
Pursuant to statute, this order requires a 3/5 majority vote.
