To refer a zoning map amendment request to include the property located at 60 Chute Road in the Retirement Community and Care Facility Overlay District to the Planning Board for its review and recommendation.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Section 107 of the Land Use Ordinance (Chapter 140 of the Code of the Town of Windham) states “After review and recommendation by the Planning Board, this chapter may be amended in accordance with the Town Charter.”

The property is located at 60 Chute Road, and the request is for this property to be included in the Retirement Community and Care Facility Overlay District (RCCFO). Current zoning: Farm (F) District, which is not proposed to be changed.
