I. Council Action Requested.
Title
To receive public comment and act on Adult Use Marijuana Stores and Medical Marijuana Caregiver Retail Stores renewal license applications for a term of one-year in accordance with Chapter 128 of the Code of the Town of Windham.
Body
II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(1) of the Charter, and
b. Pursuant to Chapter 128-5 (A-H) Renewal Procedures of the Marijuana Business Licensing Ordinance.
III. Issue Summary.
Attached is a memo from the Clerk and a list of the 2 Adult Stores and 6 Medical Retail Stores that have had and passed their yearly inspection.
Attached are the addendums signed by the necessary Department Heads.
