Growth Concerns: Comprehensive Plan, Implementation, and Other Steps.

In response to constituent contacts about recent subdivision proposals in the Land of Nod/Highland Cliff areas of town, the Council chair has asked for a discussion on growth issues, growth management, and the comprehensive plan. The Council also will hear about the work of the Long Range Planning Committee, progress on implementing the comprehensive plan, and some recommendations for ordinance changes.
