Title
To receive public comment and act on proposed amendments to the master fee schedule, to add a sewer readiness to serve fee and a sewer rate for the North Windham Sewer District.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Section 107 of the Land Use Ordinance (Chapter 120 of the Code of the Town of Windham) states “After review and recommendation by the Planning Board, this chapter may be amended in accordance with the Town Charter.”
III. Issue Summary.
Please note that the public hearing advertisement also included an increase to the sidewalk impact fee, but it was not included in the fee schedule before you as it needed more staff input. It will be before you at a future date.
