II.                     Basis for Council Action.

 

Council approval of this item is required because;

 

a.                     Chapter 101, Article 11, §20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council.  §21 sets the term of a Victualer’s license from May to May of the following year.
