Land Use Ordinance Amendments for Accessory Apartments.

The Council will review and discuss possible amendments to the Land Use Ordinance regarding accessory apartments. Currently the ordinance requires accessory apartments to be contained within or attached to a single-family house. The amendments would also allow accessory apartments to be located in a separate accessory structure.
Any proposed amendments to the Land Use Ordinance require review and recommendation by the Planning Board.
