Town attorney review/evaluation process.

The Council will discuss whether and how to review the town attorney/law firm, much as there are annual evaluations of the town manager and tax assessor, both also appointed by the Council.
According to the town attorney, the Town of Brunswick conducted a similar review last year and sought input from the town manager and staff as well as Council members on questions relating to responsiveness, timeliness of work, appropriateness of assignments to other attorneys based on subject area, and administrative matters such as billing.
