Accessory Apartments in Detached Accessory Buildings.

The Council will discuss the proposed amendment to the Town’s Land Use Ordinance which would allow accessory apartments in accessory buildings to single-family detached dwellings (see order 17-052, postponed at the meeting of February 28, 2017). Windham’s ordinance already allows accessory apartments contained within or attached to a single-family dwelling. The ordinance limits such apartments to one (1) per lot.
Order 17-052 was postponed until March 28, 2017.
