To approve a new victualer’s permit application submitted by Hayley & Mark Moon d/b/a Rustler’s Steakhouse, located at 754 Roosevelt Trail.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 101, Article 11, § 20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council. § 21 sets the term of a victualer’s license from May to May of the following year.
