To approve a new victualer’s permit application submitted by GC Pizza Hut, LLC d/b/a Pizza Hut, located at 799 Roosevelt Trail.

II.                     Basis for Council Action.

Council approval of this item is required because;

a.                     Chapter 101, Article 11, § 20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council.  § 21 sets the term of a Victualer’s license from May to May of the following year.

III.                     Issue Summary.

Please see attached application. 

The license will take effect as of May 17, 2017, the date when the transfer of ownership is to take place.
