Title
To approve an application submitted by Hayley Moon and Mark Moon d/b/a Rustler’s Steakhouse located at 754 Roosevelt Trail for a new special amusement permit.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 56 § 4 of the Code of the Town of Windham requires the holder of a liquor or bottle club license to obtain a Special Amusement permit for any “music, except radio or other mechanical device, any dancing or entertainment or any sort” by application of the Town Council.
