To approve applications for victualers’ permits for Summerfest.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 101, Article II, § 20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council. § 21 sets the term of a Victualer’s license from May to May of the following year.
III. Issue Summary.
Rather than photocopy all the applications, Town Clerk Linda Morrell has provided a master list and will have the applications available for review at Tuesday evening’s meeting.
