Title
To approve an application submitted by the Lake Region Eagles Aerie #4352 located at 456 Roosevelt Trail for a renewal special amusement permit.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. Chapter 56 § 4 of the Code of the Town of Windham requires the holder of a liquor or bottle club license to obtain a Special amusement permit for any “music, except radio or other mechanical device, any dancing or entertainment of any sort” by application of the Town Council.
