Title
To approve an agreement for professional services with Wright-Pierce for a wastewater feasibility study of a site located on property of Jamar, Inc. (the “Lippman Site”).

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. the Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter, and
III. Issue Summary.
Please refer to the attached proposed agreement, as well as comments on the cover sheet for order 17-162.
Based on a schedule provided by Wright-Pierce, the work should be completed within forty-five (45) days.
