Council Goals 2018.

The Council will work on setting goals for the balance of 2018 with the participation of the Town’s management team, beginning with a brief recap of progress on goals for 2017 and the strategic plan for 2015-2018.
The goal for the meeting is to have the Council reach consensus on a set of draft goals, flesh out some tasks and milestones for those, and receive a draft outline of the strategic plan for 2018-2021.
