Highland Lake Watershed Moratorium on Certain Development Activities.

The Council will discuss its recent extension of the moratorium on development activity in the Highland Lake watershed, efforts to address water quality concerns through changes in ordinances so far, additional changes working their way through the legislative process, and possible modifications to the moratorium should it be continued when the Council acts on it again in late April.
