21st Century Downtown Corridor Improvements Phasing Options.

Earlier this year the Council asked staff to work on phasing options for improvements to the Routes 302, 35, and 115 corridor as part of the 21st Century Downtown plan. Staff reviewed the preliminary design with TY Lin, the consultant on the corridor improvements, and developed the phasing options included in the attached report. The purpose of this item is simply to report back that the work has been done and to schedule a more detailed discussion at another upcoming meeting.
