Body
The Appointments Committee will report on its interviews of applicants for these two new committees and seek nominations of applicants from the Council, with action on those nominations planned for later in the meeting of June 12, 2018.
Applicants for the two committees, as they were sent to the Appointments Committee and the rest of the Council, are as follows:

In order to vote (see orders 18-117 and 18-118) on appointments the same night as hearing the Appointments Committee’s recommendations and discussing nominations, the Council will have to vote unanimously to suspend the Council’s rules of procedure. Section 29 requires, in relevant part:
The Council's Appointments Committee shall provide its recommendations for appointment to any board, committee or commission to the full Council at least four days prior to any consideration of a vote.
