Sand-Salt Shed Repairs.

Damage to the sand-salt shed was recently discovered, as the shed has been used to temporarily house equipment during the construction of the new maintenance facility. Bill Faucher from Allied Engineering has provided a memo explaining the nature and extent of the damage to the structure resulting from corrosion in the reinforcing steel bars in the concrete walls. Mr. Faucher will be present at the meeting to discuss the damage and recommendations for repair.
Estimates from Great Falls Construction are $25,562 for a temporary fix to stabilize the wall, or $137,625 to repair the foundation wall.
