II. Basis for Council Action.

Council approval of this item is required because;

a) Chapter 101, Article ii, ? 20 of the Code of the Town of Windham states that the licensing board shall be the Windham Town Council. ? 21 sets the term of a Victualer's license form May to May of the following year.

III. Issue Summary.

Rather than photocopying all of the applications, Town Clerk Linda Morrell has provided the master list (See attached), and the Clerk will have the applications available for review at Tuesdays meeting.
