To approve an agreement with RJ Grondin & Sons to locate Town-sponsored seasonal Leaf and Brush Disposal Program on their property and maintain program operations as contracted for a five-year term and to authorize the town manager to take any other necessary action related thereto to finalize the agreement.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. The Council has the authority to enter into contracts as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter, and
b. Council action is required because the order authorizes a purchase requiring financing under Section 5, Paragraph 4 of the Purchasing Policy adopted by order 09-105 on July 28, 2009.
III. Issue Summary.
RJ Grondin & Sons successfully operated our Leaf & Brush Disposal program on their property at the end of Enterprise Drive for the Spring ’18, Fall ’18 and Spring ’19 seasons. This program is funded in account 12900-46990.
