Title
To authorize the over-expenditure of the Public Works total department appropriation amount in the fiscal 2019-2020 budget accounts for the Council-approved street light conversion project.

II. Basis for Council Action.
Council approval of this item is required because;
a. the Council has the authority to act as the legislative body of the Town pursuant to Article II, Section 3(I) of the Charter; and
b. pursuant to Article V, Section 7 of the Charter, the gross appropriation for each department shall not be exceeded except by consent by a majority of the Council.
III. Issue Summary.
Council approved the contract for the street light conversion project on August 13, 2019 by Order 19-147.
